Join us for the second year of farm dinners at Erba Verde Farms—an intimate evening celebrating local food, regenerative agriculture, and community. The evening begins at 5:00 p.m. with a welcome and first course, followed by a guided farm tour at 5:30 p.m. Meet the farmers, learn about rotational grazing and regenerative practices, and see how our animals are raised on pasture. After the tour, gather around our family-style farm tables for a thoughtfully prepared 5–7 course seasonal dinner, featuring pasture-raised meats from Erba Verde Farms, organic produce from nearby farms, and chef-selected drink pairings tailored to each dinner, including beer, wine, and/or cocktails. This shared dining experience brings together farmers, chefs, and guests for a night of connection and great food, concluding around 9 p.m.
